The dealership rating is 4 stars; Service Advisor, Sam Battaglia, gets 5 stars. All my concerns regarding several thousand dollars of maintenance, repairs, and the service my vehicle received were addressed and satisfied by Sam with courtesy, professionalism, and in a timely fashion.

Great customer service. I was able to get my car in and get all of the repairs completed in the same day. Chris kept me informed all throughout the day.

I had to wait a couple of months for a part to come in - holdover from COVID supply chain issues - but when it finally arrived they made sure to hold it for me (needless to say the part was in very high demand) and got my car in and repaired right away. Eddie was a great service rep - he kept me apprised of the part availability situation the entire time. Car is now back up and running like new!

Craig Smith and the rest of the staff did a good job so far of diagnosing my truck's problem with the A/C-Heater system. Better to find out now, instead of when the temps are past 110 degrees. My husband and I are buyers from CA. We purchased a 2024 RAM 3500 from Matthew Badorek. There was a misunderstanding regarding who was going to pay for shipping. In general, our experience was during a busy time. They were more interested in making the sale than listening to our concerns. The service manager thinks the customer is ignorant about the vehicle's performance. For them, it is all about the sale, not the customer.

Sara was polite and helpful. She kept me updated on my truck’s status. I also had my tires rotated and when I looked at my tire pressure status on my dash, it said that my tires were inflated with the incorrect pressures. She knew what the issue was and after taking the truck to the repair bay, she and another tech has the issue fixed within 3 minutes.

The old bait and switch scheme. Called to make sure a vehicle was there. Jose assured me twice it was there. Told them exactly what time we would be there. He said car would be ready. get there OH car is getting a scratched fixed. What now you knee we were coming. Then find out car now has a deposit on it. Really in the 1.5 hrs a deposit came in when it's been on your lot for 45 days really.

Eddie took care of my truck and made sure the leak that they found was taken care of while my vehicle is still under warranty.
