The girl who checked me in was very efficient. I explained that I had an appointment for an oil and filter change with Ruth Frisch and was quickly handed me off to Ruth. Ruth was attentive and thorough. I was in-and-out in about one hour. Your Service Department made a speedy examination of our car, rapidly performed the requested service, and washed the car before delivering it. The only drawback was something none of the service employees have control over; the price! $102+ for an oil and filter change? Recommended charges for other services: $93.92 to replace a "Dodge" wheel ...

Although I wish it didn't take so long to get a deal, it's a business. From what I've seen, they do have good prices to begin with, the staff was friendly, and my salesman Heath was great! He really seemed to have my best interests in mind, didn't want to waste my time, and was great with communication to answer questions over the phone and in person . I'd highly recommend working with him if you can!

My vehicle was brought in after hours on Saturday and Monday morning I was called with a diagnosis and repair cost. Repair was authorized and completed by the end of the day. Sara was polite and helpful. She kept me updated on my truck’s status. I also had my tires rotated and when I looked at my tire pressure status on my dash, it said that my tires were inflated with the incorrect pressures. She knew what the issue was and after taking the truck to the repair bay, she and another tech has the issue fixed within 3 minutes.
